Possession of a certificate does not guarantee employment, visa approval, professional licensing, university admission, or government recognition unless expressly stated by the relevant authority.

11. Certificate Verification

Employers, institutions, agencies, and other authorised parties may use our verification service to confirm certificate authenticity.

Verification results are provided based on records available in our system at the time of verification. Pioneer Qualifications is not responsible for misuse, alteration, or unauthorised reproduction of certificates by third parties.

12. Partner Centres and Authorised Representatives

Partner centres, agents, and representatives must comply with Pioneer Qualifications’ policies, branding guidelines, pricing rules, academic standards, and student protection requirements.

Partner centres are not permitted to:

  • Misrepresent Pioneer Qualifications
  • Promise guaranteed certificates, jobs, visas, or university admission
  • Charge unauthorised fees
  • Use logos, certificates, or marketing materials without approval
  • Provide misleading information to students
  • Offer assignment-writing or unethical academic services under the Pioneer Qualifications brand

Pioneer Qualifications may suspend or terminate partner centre access for breach of these terms.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, course materials, documents, templates, website content, platform design, certificate formats, verification systems, and digital materials belong to Pioneer Qualifications or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or misuse any intellectual property without written permission.

14. Website and Platform Use

Users agree not to:

  • Hack, damage, or disrupt our systems
  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful content

  • Copy platform content without permission

  • Acceptance by third-party institutions
